You would be considered not properly
dressed if you had less than a vest on.
Granted it would be a thing of beauty
right about now but in August its
a different story. Anyways you would
always have a jacket. Here is mine.
The cuffs are a seamans cuff.
Dave the captian of our boat said
you will sew them on backwards.
I had a picture he sent me so I figured
yeah right. Sure enough backwards they went.
